Digital content that has been substantially accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for refund.

If you purchase a subscription, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that time. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods.
